Is it better to make your goal weight small changes at a time or make it one large goal? Thoughts?

    While I've had a big goal in mind since I started, it's setting and accomplishing mini goals that keep me motivated. The big goal seems so far off, so by setting and accomplishing mini goals, it's almost like instant gratification.
