I was working out with my PT at the gym today and he was pushing me to deadlift more.
I was at 55kg and gripped the bar wrong, (hook grip rather than mixed grip) and after 5 lifts my grip was slipping.
I said to my trainer that my grip was slipping and he said "drop it" just as I lost grip totally and the bar crashed to the ground.
I felt like a real noob and broke 3 nails too. LOL.
Afterwards my trainer said he'd wondered why I had gripped it differently to normal and appologised for not correcting me.
I officially appologise to anyone I've given stick to about he-men dropping weights.
