Having a hard time keeping a good healthy meal record

I'm horrible at keeping a healthy regime when it comes to cooking and eating. I eat a TON of junk. And while I am not overweight, I am afraid that if I keep this up over the years that I will become as so before I turn 30. I am currently 21 years old and a dancer. But not a dancer in the training every day sense...I am a burlesque dancer with specific training schedules that aren't necessarily comparable to a normal dancer's. We're taking a break from performing and I'm starting to notice how ****ty I eat and how unhealthy that absolutely has to be. Plus, I smoke. Which is a really hard habit to break. It's awful.
Basically, I'm here to become aware of how harmful the things I put into my body are and try to figure out ways to fix it. I'd love to have friends on here to help me and cheer me on so I can keep my progress going properly...so far, nothing much is happening.

So any advice or help is wanted!
