I'm new to "dieting" and exercising and I will need all the support I can get! :noway: But this program seems to be the best online program available today! I am 27 today and will turn 28 July 13th. I work full time as a bank teller (no exercise involve there) and take college classes during the evening! This is a tough schedule to keep up with healthy eating and an exercise program, but I am willing to give it a shot!!

    Hi! I'm also new to dieting and the calorie counter has been a real eye opener. I really don't like to exercise, but find I am glad I did when I'm done. I'm only on day 3 and so far so good, but I am afraid I will fall of hte wagon when I go back to work. (I'm a teacher) I'm so exhausted when I get home from work and I have a 7 1/2 month old baby to take care of, that I'm afraid my motivation will go right out the window! But so far this site has helped me keep track of everything and I like having to record what I eat and how much I exercise...makes me feel more accountable. I hope this site helps you as well. This site is so motivational, helpful, supportive, easy to use, and everyone is so nice and friendly here. I just wanted to tell you that I hope you have a lot of success on your weight loss journey.
