chinese takeaway calories?

Does anybody know how many calories there are in a portion of stir fried mixed vegatables from the chinese takeaway?

    I put down 300cals with added king prawns, so maybe 175 cals? It all depends on the cooking methods used though. :/

    I think you've got to gauge how oily it was and go by that. The veg will be negligible but the calories will come from the oil.
