Has anyone had luck with crunches? I started doing 100 a day just to see if they helped with belly fat.
Let me know.

They WILL help build the ab muscles but they wont reduce the fat on the tummy. Unfortunately spot reducing doesn't work, but if you don't have much fat on them anyway, you'll definitely see definition from the increased amounts of muscle. 100 is awesome! ;oD I need to get back to doing those before bed like I used to!0

Crunches are great, they really tone and strengthen your tummy muscles, plus muscle burns more calories than fat. Just remember that cardio is needed as well otherwise youre just building muscle under layers which could make your tummy actually look bigger which isnt what you want =]0

I have a fat belly and my doctor told me to go for a big walk every day and keep doing my exercise. Walking is supposed to be good for belly fat.0

I love to walk. I am thinking more towards the future. I will always walk daily. I find ways to even walk during work such as on my lunch break having a light lunch and walking for 30 minutes.0
