Protein and Diary

According to my diary, I should be getting 76 protein each day. I did one of the calculators to find out how much I should be getting and instead it is telling me:

RDA Recommendations:
Each Day You Should Take In 155 Grams Of Protein.

Average Recommendations:
Each Day You Should Take In 233 Grams Of Protein.

Dr Peter Lemon's Recommendations:
Each Day You Should Take In 349 Grams Of Protein.

The last thing I want to do is burn any muscle that I have. The fat needs to go, I don't want to be destroying muscle along the way.

Which recommendation should I go with? And is there a way to override the amount that MFP diary is giving me so that I'm not "over" every day on protein?
