    Hi there....i am 5 ft even.....i am 42 yoa.....looking to lose at least 28 lbs....been at this a month....have lost a couple of pounds...i am eating healthier, exercising and trying to eat my exercise calories where i net approx 1200 cals.......going to see if this works for me for a couple of months....hoping to get in better shape so i can live longer and healthier....

    I am looking for friends with a positive attitude that can help motivate....and would like some motivation from me as well.

    I love being outdoors....i enjoy fishing....i don't watch TV or sports...and i enjoy reading ancient history.....

    If we sound like a good match...send me a request with a little note about yourself :)

    My exercise consists of walking and at home DVD's......looking at getting some weights in the near future to build some muscle :)
