Quesadillas

This Quesadilla is a very filling low calorie meal.

2 Mission small tortillas (100 cal each)
1/4 of Kraft mexican blend Cheese (100 cal)
Chop up a little tomato, mushroom, onion - whatever veggies you like. You won't need much to fill it up and the calories are about 15

Use Pam cooking spray in a frying pan (doesn't add any calories but makes the tortilla crispy)
Mix all of the ingredients together so the cheese is melty throughout it and seals the tortillas together
Spray pan, put one tortilla in frying pan
Add ingredients
Put second quesadilla on top and spray it with Pam.
Flip when the cheese begins to melt

This alone is only a little over 300 calories

I also added in a fried egg for protein and it still makes the whole meal only 400

    I love quesadillas. I love that you put a healthy way to make them. I want one for dinner now. uber excited! now if there was only a way to make healthy enchiladas.
