Delicious it's what's for dinner. Noodle salad

Chinese noodle salad with sesame dressing

1 (8oz) package of uncooked dried Chinese-style flat noodle
1 cup of sugar snap peas
2 teaspoons of peanut oil
1 cup firm water packed tofu
1 cup of cherry tomato’s
½ cup of water chestnuts sliced in water
½ cup thin sliced green onion
3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons of dark sesame oil
3 coves of garlic
¼ salt
1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

1) Cook noodles according to the package during the last minute of cooking add the sugar snap peas. Drain and rinse in cold water

2) Hear large skillet over medium heat. Add peanut oil then add the tofu and cook for 5 min. stirring often.

3) Then in a bowl combine noodles, tofu, tomato’s, water chestnuts and onions.

4) In a small bowl mix the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and salt. Then add this mixture to the noodles and sugar snap peas and coat evenly and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
