how long do people exercise for everyday

I on level 1 of 30 day shred and run for 20 minutes on treadmill

    When I first started out, I did 20 minutes a day doing various Jillian Michaels workouts (including the Shred!)

    Over time, I increased it and now I do between an hour to an hour and a half. Honestly though, the fact that you're working out for any amount of time is what matters. :)
