Fit celiac

Hello!
As my introduction topic says, I have celiac disease. I was diagnosed in august of last year and my life has changed quite a bit. I finally found health haven in the paleo/primal diet style (of course with my tweaks. I love my dairy) and I'm finally on the road to a nurished, healthy body that I haven't had in so long. After years of suffering with GI problems and after three years of pure hell, I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I came to MFP to find guidance on nutritional content in the new foods that I'm eating. I've only been here 3 days and it has taken a lot of anxiety off of food. I'm hoping now to increase my fitness level and be a role model for all those with celiac in the sense that you CAN live a happy, healthy, fulfilling life on a gluten free, grain free diet. I still have lots to learn, but it's one step at a time.
