Not trying to build muscle just burn fat

I have been doing fat burning programs on the treadmill but I am not losing weight and appear to be getting bulky. I have been just started the low carb program for the past 3 days hoping there will be a difference, soon:sad: I am 5'0 and 173 lbs. miserable

    But if you build some muscle you'll lose more fat....

    It's quite difficult for you to lose fat and build no muscle at all. That losing fat is not just cardio! You need to eat well and also do
    Some strength training

    If you're truly gaining weight (as opposed to water retention), you should re-evaluate your calorie needs and your intake. The chances of you gaining muscle while not participating in some resistance training is pretty slim.
