Hi fitness pals,
well I am really plesased that I have found this site cos it looks brilliant and the tools are great - I have already found out that I go wayyyyy over on sugar most days and whilst I am quite good at not eating alot of sat fat, I am still eating to much fat.
My eating habits need drastic improvement and I need to get back into exercise - I used to be very fit and healthy and then had a serious accident and not long after coming off crutches had major surgery so put on a stone and a half. I know that isn't a huge amount but I am only five, two and its alot on my frame. So, I am here to do something about it.
I have lost a few pounds prior to joining the site but I am yo yoing and need to try and be more consistent - my problem with calorie counting is the fact that I have only been given 1200!! Weep, which is okay on days when I am not out or my other half cooks (todays lunch 720 cals - lovley though;). I need to educate him...
I would love to have some myfitness site pals to help with my motivation so please feel free to add me if you want to.
PLUS - any suggestions for a low calorie dinner of around 250 calories, so I don't go over today.
