Advice on exercise goals

It is only saturday and I have already met my workout minutes and calories burned goal for the week and I have one more day to go on this week. I am so psyched! Too much or should maybe I raise my weekly goals some or keep it at it where it is for now to see how things go over the next few weeks? Just curious how some of you have worked out your exercise goals :-)
p.s. I know I need to add some form of weight lifting/strength training to my workouts but do not have any equipment at home and do not go out very often and am not able to (financially). I will do so as soon as I can and work those up and ask any questions about those goals when I start :-)

Sounds great! My advice about the weight lifting or strength training. You don't necessarily have to have weights. You can use your own weight of your body. Push ups, lunges, planks, crunches, etc. all use your own weight to build muscle. Maybe you can look up a routine using some exercises like those. Also you can use cans or water bottles filled with rocks, rice, etc. to make homemade ones. If there is a will there is a way! Building more muscle will really help you. You will be leaner and burn more calories at rest.
I haven't changed my goals. To be honest I always go over on exercise. I don't have a problem with making sure I hit my exercise goal because I just workout every day. However, I haven't made it a harder goal either. I know people are different so I may not have the best advice. I would keep it the same if you are losing weight regularly and not hitting a plateau yet. If you stall then you might want to reevaluate and adjust something.0
