This is very hard for me - so I thought if I posted it for MFP to see, it'd be harder for me to not do it. I'm just setting a mini-goal to be under 180 by July 18th. This is a lot in 9 days (4lbs) but I think I can do it through exercise & seriously watching my calories & not only staying within my 1200, but eating 1200 calories of good for me food - something I don't always do. I've upped my water intake and each time I go to pee (which is a LOT :grumble: ) I've decided I'll do 50 crunches. I don't have a goal for when I want this terrible flabby-post-babies tummy gone, but every little bit helps. So - here I am - saying I WILL be under 180 by the 18th!! :bigsmile: If I reach my goal that will be the first time in 6 years that I've been under 180!!!!!

you can do it i have a hard time as well eating all the proper foods but i try to exercise alot though! for at least 90 mins a day0

Sweet! I just got under 190 a couple of weeks ago for the first time in a year... and I don't even have any baby fat Haha. Hang in there, you can do it!!0

:bigsmile: 1 DAY & 1LB TO GO! It took me 8 days to lose the first 3lbs so I'm not banking on this last lb by tomorrow, but *fingers crossed* maybe it'll happen! :bigsmile: I'm so thrilled!0
