To little, to much. Help!

Hello all! I was wondering if I could have some help from all of you amazing folks on here! I seem to be stuck at a plateau and I can't get past the 170's. I seem to gain or lose 1-3 pounds a week and its driving me insane. Should I up my calories, down them? At the moment I am at 1530, and before that I was eating around 1200. I am a swimmer and swim 4 to 5 times a week, ranging from 1 to 3 hours. I play water polo too. Any advice is EXTREMELY appreciated! My food logs are open to anyone, so feel free to look :)

    Try eating maintenance calories for a few weeks and try again.
