I have only lost 20 out of many pounds that I need to lose, and I really was feeling like my body hadn't changed at all. This morning, my friend posted pictures from a graduation party yesterday, and then I compared my face to the pics in the graduation party from a year ago and I couldn't believe how skinny my face looks now! Just goes to show you that any amount of weight loss is significant!

You can definitely see the weight loss in your face. I've lost about 20 myself and I noticed the same thing about my face. You are looking great!! Be proud!!0
