Quick & easy cauliflower mash.

102 calories per 108g serving when made with the ingredients I used.
Cauliflower - Raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia)
Generic - Garlic - Dry Spice Minced, 2 tsp
Trader Joe's - Everyday Seasoning, 1/4 tsp
Oxo - Veg Stock, 1 ml
Morrisons - 6 Glamorgan Sausages, 1 sausages
Morrisons - Unsweetened Soya Milk, 100 ml
Tesco - Olive Spread, 20 g
Wyke Farms - Rich & Creamy Mature Cheddar, 32 g
Sodium; 91g
Carbs; 8g
Fat; 6g
Protein; 5g
Sugar; 3g
Just get the cauliflower head, cut it into florets (and the stem, ofc) and boil with the spices of your choice until tender. Then stick it in the food processor with some milk and butter!
I like mine with vegetarian or Quorn sausages :-)
