this is a mixture I just conjured on day, I think it's pretty good and some of my friend's said it was really good as well, so I'm just sharing this for those who would like to make their own dressing instead of buying already made dressing.

3 tbsp of non-fat sour cream (or reduced fat if you want)
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp of mustard (I like to use French's Dijon mustard since it has a spicy kick to it)
1 tbsp of blue agave nectar
3 tbsp of water. (I used almond milk once and I thought it was still good, but some others did not like it)

mix the sour cream, balsamic vinegar, mustard and blue agave together, once they are mixed in well, add the water (or almond milk) 1 tbsp at a time to make it more liquified and easier to mix with the salad.

if you do try it, please let me know what you think, even if you dislike it!

Hmm. Sounds interesting - I make my own dressing and tend to use EVOO and Balsamic. I don't have any agave nectar, but wonder if I could use a little real sugar instead if the purpose is to add sweetness.

I suppose using sugar will work too, but blue agave nectar has a different type of sweetness to it.
I was thinking about adding EVOO to the mix, but since I am already adding sliced olives in my salads already, I though I could just skip out on the oil, or maybe I am just scared of adding any extra oils
