Thank you God for another chance to get it right today.
I'm thankful that even though I've neglected myself and become overweight, you have given me another opportunity to work on my weight loss and health. I'm thankful I have a home filled with people I love, a job, my extended family and friends. I'm especially thankful that you directed me towards MFP to meet some of the most motivated people on the planet.
Thank you for giving me the tools to continue on my weight loss journey to health.
