Hello all
6monthss befor I was dehydrated and have impalancing problems sence that time, but now I feel butter so I back to MFP and look for support here as I'll motivate and support you as well;-)

    oh hydration is the key. I know I have to remind myself this all the time at work. It gets pretty hot in the warehouse I guess, but nowhere near as hot as in kuwait i would imagine.
