    I miss my mom so much - she's been gone for almost 19 years and I miss her like she went to heaven yesterday. This year seems different - I have accomplished so much. Not just w/ my weight-loss journey but in my life. I know she would be so proud. And I also know that she would love & appreciate all my friends here as much as I do.

    PS - no, that's not my mom in the pic ~ that's one of my favorite memories w/ my kids. It was mother's day about 6 years ago.
