I was looking at a dress I liked on the Gap website this morning, and I went to their sizing chart. Then, out of curiosity, I decided to look at where my January measurements would have put me. When I started on MFP, I fell between a 12 and 14 on their size charts; a solid Large by any measurement. Today, I'm between a 4 and a 6, a definite Small! The real kicker is, since I do a good amount of weight training and am building muscle, I've only lost 13-14 lbs overall. True proof that the scale does not tell the full story!
