can i go over my sugar with fruit?

I always keep under my sugar, but i never count fruit in my sugar allowance. Is that right? Are the sugars in fruit bad for you?

    It is natural sugars. Some folks will say yes but yet advocated pasta, and that can be worse.

    Eat fresh, not subway unless your buying. LOL

    The sugars themselves are the same as any other sugars from whatever source.
