I've been looking through all the success photos and am amazed by the results of the girls that are working with weights more tthan cardio. I've never really done anything other than card, but would like to start.
I don't have a gym but I have a set of hand weights from 5-20lbs. Can I use these and achieve the same kind of results? Is there any resources that I can get with workouts to follow?
Thanks!

You could start with those but for any kind of long term progress you'll need to go heavier. Try www.bodybuilding.com to get a workout plan, or perhaps www.bodyrock.tv0
