JM 30 Day Shred Cals Burned

I just started the 30DS today. My HRM kept losing signal during it. At the end of the workout, it said I burned 112 Cals. MY CW is 185.
Is 112 cals normal for that workout at someone my weight?
Also, any suggestions as to why the HRM kept losing signal?
Thanks!

My CW is 242, and I only burn 200 calories on 30DS. It is a low calorie burning exercise. Use the HRM for several days and see if the results are the same or close every time.0

I don't have a HRM, so I just log it as "Circuit training" from the database, which is what I have heard most people on here do without a HRM. It says I burn just over 200 calories. I am currently 175. Personally, I think that 112 is low. You would almost burn that much going for a brisk walk for 20 minutes, do you think that's how hard you worked out?0

My HRM was acting up. I put new batteries in the chest strap part & it works great again. You might want to try that. I burn anywhere from 288 to 303 doing 30 day shred. My average is 291.0

I burn anything from 250 - 285 depending on my effort!0

When I was doing 30DS I couldn't burn more than 150 calories, no matter how much effort I put in.0

When I carry my phone with me during 30DS (I have a CardioTrainer installed) it says that Im burning like 335 calories...0

My current weight is 198 and I burnt 168 cal doing level 2 today - so likely your HRM was about right
Edit - Sorry just to mention that I wore my HRM0 -
According to my Polar, I never burned more than 235. Depending on the level and my effort, it would be 195 to 235. I would do an hour of zumba dvd afterwards to get my daily burn up to around 650.0

When I did it, I burned <200 calories on level 1 and I was about 115lbs, so if you think you were working hard, I'd say your HRM wasn't correct especially if it said it was losing signal. Make sure the chest strap is on tight enough and that you wet the sensors and if that doesn't fix it, then replace the batteries. If it's still having trouble, I would use it while doing something like walking and see if it gets a constant signal. If it messes up, then contact the manufacturer.0

I went for a 20 min walk with 5 min jog. And I was def sweating and more out of breath doing the 30DS. From other sites, I've seen that for my weight it should be about 200 cals. I just got my HRM a couple weeks ago. I hope the batteries aren't already going, but I've noticed it loses signal if i'm doing anything but standing still or jogging/running/walking. Jumping jacks, on my back doing ab work, push ups....it loses signal.0

I right around 170 and with my HRM I get between 220-250`s depending on effort and level0

My current weight is 186. I burn 230 to 280 depending on effort. I use a polar HRM. Have you checked the battery in the chest strap? That's usually the problem if mine starts losing signal.0
