A question about weight loss

I started with MFP one week ago. In the first 6 days I lost 9 pounds. Now the weight loss seems to have stopped. I experienced no change between yesterday and today. Does anyone have any suggestions? Am I doing it wrong?

You aren't doing anything wrong. Weight loss can start fast, but for the most part is a grind. Before long, you'll be measuring change from week to week, rather than day to day.

Usually that "big" loss at the beginning is water loss. Keep working hard and eating right...you'll see results!!0

Its a marathon not a sprint. Patience and persistance gets us to the goal. Hang in there....you can do this.0
