Hey everyone,
I have just started to use MFP better although had my account for a while.
My weight yo-yo's and I reached my HW of 168/170ish in November and I really don't want to get there again.
I'm 23 and 5'3 from Scotland although live in Spain with my fiance 6/7 months a year.
I started getting serious about losing the weight in Jan/Feb time. I have about another 21lbs to lose (stone and a half) if I could lose more that would be great too. I'm about 147, only got half a stone (7lbs) left to get back to my healthy bmi. Although I last weighed myself at end of March so hopefully i'm closer than I think.
So if anyone wants to add me then feel free

    Welcome!
Great job so far. Good luck on the rest of the way to your goal and a healthier life.
I'm curious... if you don't mind saying... is it easier for you to eat and exercise in a healthy way in one place or the other (Scotland or Spain)? Given that your lifestyle probably does vary a bit from one to the other, is there anything you've learned that would help you or others here?

    Hey Robin, Thank you
I would say its alot easier to do it in Spain than Scotland. I always lose weight whilst here. I also eat everything made from scratch whenever I can. I seem to not be hungry when its hot outside too but I drink soo much water which i'm guessing helps a little lol. My fiance is in Spain so I think I comfort eat alot when in Scotland which I am now determined to stop when I go back next week. I just think there is more for me to do in Spain, I seem to walk for hours some days and not even realise it because I enjoy being here. I'm going to stick with making things from scratch, that has been the best help for me.
