I'm so annoyed with myself!
I hate my body, it's by no means the worse but to me I hate it. I have always struggled to get below the weight I'm at, I maintain it really well but can't loose.
I've taken up running and joined a boot camp so I'm trying there........but I can't get over my downfall....weekends!!

I do so well mid week like you wouldn't believe but Friday comes and I seem to eat and drink like it doesn't matter, I love food I always have and love nice food. The thing I struggle with is the idea of depriving myself and feel I won't be living life how I would like.

How do you get motivated at weekends? I know my motivation should be weightloss but my head wants to enjoy itself :-(

Dont deprive yourself all week. Or at all. Have whatever you want but fit it into your diet. Soon you'll stop craving the bad stuff as much.

First, LOVE your body!!!!!!! If you don't love everything about it, you are just like the rest of us, in my opinion. Weekends are a real struggle for me as well. I'm starting to push myself to workout on the weekends (I normally only work out during the week) bc I noticed I was going over my calorie goal almost every weekend. With me working out on the weekends, it gives me a little more room to eat more & the motivation to NOT eat as much since I sweated and worked so hard in the gym. For me, it seems to be working. In addition, I also have this friend that believes she will never be happy with her weight. I'm about 15 lbs heavier than her, and I'm on a mission to show her that YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR BODY and be happy with it!! We all have struggles, but the first step is acknowledging your problem areas and then addressing them..... good luck to you!

Take it one step at a time. If you're craving something, eat it! It is okay to go over your calorie goal. I know its hard to accept but your weight doesnt say anything about you. Everyone carries tehir weight different. When I feel like critizing myself, I dont compare myself to other people, I compare myself to me in the past. If you are better off than you were a month ago, reward yourself! If you are worse off, reevaluate. And after your reflection, adopt a new habit for that month(like taking the stairs instead of elevator) , whether or not you did good or bad. The only way you will be able to change anything is by relaxing. Your eaitng reflects your stress level!
