Visualizing myself thin when I lost weight a few years ago was difficult because I had never been at the goal weight I wanted as an adult. However, I could see the number on the scale and visualize how I would celebrate. It helped at lot. Today while pushing myselft at the gym I pictured in my mind the weight ticker on this website. I was pushing and pushing the symbol closer to the right with each push I gave on the elliptical. Excellent motivation!! I completed 2.77 miles and burned over 500 calories. That should move that ticker closer to the otherside!
