Healthier foods help?

I've been kind of slacking latley due to school Finals and just alot of random things going on, but I'm ready to get right back on track to change for the better.

But I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share some of the healthier foods that they eat each day? Like does anyone have to suggestions for some good healthy foods to eat? I'd prefer to stick closer to fruits and veggies, so maybe someone can send out a really good recipe?

These food decisions have made me hit a brick wall, and I'm trying to consider and evaluate what foods are good, and what foods are bad.

    smoothies are great for breakfast what ever fruits youd like i use alot of bananas and strawberrys pineapple is good too

    whole grain spinach is great not only cooked but you can subtute it for lettus brocoli has alot of great vitimans too
