My self & 2 others all different ages & weight have been doing this for a week, kept under our calorie goals & have worked out this week, more Excercise then ever. We've just weighed ourselfs & nothing of any of us, not even 1pound!

I wasn't expecting to lose anything straight away but I expected 1 of the other to lose a little but ESP with how well there doing & the amount of Excercise & good eating done this week.

What's the best way to weight loss on the fitness pal app?

Any tips!?
