I'm back again

I'm not really new here, but I'm starting over. I haven't been using MFP for 3 months and I quickly gained all of my weight back. So, now I'm back and trying to start over and make some progress again. Wish me luck! I know I'm going to need it.

    Welcome back! You KNOW what to do! Watch your numbers, get some exercise, drink lots and lots of water, and you WILL lose the weight that you want to! :smile:
