I need to get back into having green smoothies regularly, does anyone make them the night before? If so do you put it in the fridge or In the freezer and then let it thaw in the morning? Is it still ok the next day? (I heard it loses a huge amount of nutrients)

I don't know for sure about smoothies, but with juices a lot depends on the type of juicer. The centrifugal juicers heat things up from the spinning and also introduce a lot of air into the juice, both of which speed loss of nutrients. the masticating type crush the veggies, don't heat them up and don't introduce as much air, so they can be kept overnight.
I think making a smoothie in a blender is probably somewhere in between those two. I would say overnight (like 8-10 hrs?) is OK and you won't lose a lot of nutrients if you put a good lid on it and keep it in the fridge.0
