New and wanted to say hello and introduce myself!

Hi everyone!
I joined for motivational purposes and to help others and make new friends!

I'm 22. My name is Shell.
I currently weight around 282...or less because that was what last Tuesday said. I have another weigh in this Tuesday!
I've lost 11 lbs in 11 days since I've started dieting. I log my foods everyday and stay around the 1000 calorie range per day.
I have not started working out yet, I haven't been able to get a gym membership.
But I will this week.

I'm determined to be healthy. I weighed around 150 at age 18. I'm striving to be there again. I've been miserable for years now and I've finally made up my mind to lose this weight! And I know I will this time!

Remember, weight loss is mental to! You have to be in the right mind set!

    Welcome,
    This is a great place to meet for support. You will make people nervous starting at so low a calorie goal, as we all know MFP did not set that calorie limit. If you follow the advice of the site you will make it far.
