Who is Muscle Training? Add me ! I need people on my list!

I started working out when I began Grade 11, it was December 1st when I got serious. I've played rugby all through High School, I seen people who were in awesome shape all the time, I wanted to be fit. After a couple months I got addicted, going to the gym everyday, because I notice myself getting stronger, more recognized and in better shape. This kept me motivated though the years and still does. Add me and follow my journey! haha

    Hi. I started weight training in January and I'm seeing great improvements fast....but I still consider myself a rookie. I'm not sure if you were looking for men lifting buddies or women too, so I thought I would ask.

    i also played rugby and sprinted in college. i miss being an athlete so i'm getting back into shape so i can start doing adventure and obstacle runs.

    Hey, I've been lifting around 2 years consistently. My aim is to get as strong as I can be, and add some extra muscle along the way.
