Womens Weight training Routine

I am about 5'5 and 110lbs. We have been going to the gym for a bout 2 months now. I have been searching the net for womens workout routines for 3 times per week and it is over whelming! I just want to tone my legs and bulk my arms. Is any if you women willing to share your workout routine? I would love to see some:)
