Wash board stomaches / Stopped losing weight (Ladies)

Hello,
Looking for some help.... especially from the Ladies..... 2 Problems:

1) I want a wash board / six pack tummy (Just Flat)..... Any Ideas on how to get there proven ... via used yourself type methods?

2) My goal is to lose 50 Lbs I have been in the yo-yo phase for two weeks gained 1 Lbs the lost 0.8 Lbs but I just cannot hit that 50... (Hoping tomorrow on weight in) not doing anything different ... same as I have been doing since I started in January. Am I missing something......? It is possible I gained muscle? Not sure due to the previous info above.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...... Thank you.

    Would probably be helpful if you open your diary, and/or tell us how many calories you eat and how much and what exercises you do.
