Weight loss goal achieved. Want the best body ever

So my weight loss goal has pretty much been accomplished. I wanted to be back into all of the clothes in my closet. I want to be in the best shape of my life. I have never done this part before. It's always been weight loss. I'm ready to kick it into high gear. 5'7 144 current. I run, walk, lift modest weights. Bike. Generally exercise 3-4 days a week. 1400 calories avg right now. What do I need to do to kick some rear end?
