Ultimately stupid workout question...

I workout on a treadmill most time and there are days when I sweat a LOT more than others. I stick to the same speed more or less. Sometimes I do "dance" more on the treadmill (Yeah... I admit that - it's a treadmill at home so no one sees me.)
Does this mean I'm burning more calories or what?

There's no correlation between sweat amount and energy expended.. it's a personal thing. Some ppl do, some don't, some will, some won't. It could be related to other variables as well.. humidity, state of your personal hydration (more fluid available to produce sweat)..0
