QUESTION about wt vs measurements HELP!?

Hi everyone,
I just had a quick question about weight loss versus measurements.
This past week, the scale hasn't budged, however my clothes are looser. Is it possible I'm still progressing? Where does the scale fit in?
I know that I'm close to due for my menses, so am bloated. I've been taking Midol, but it doesn't seem to help much. Anyway, that could be why I haven't noticed a change in my weight according to the scale. But at the same time, you'd think that my pants wouldn't be falling off me if I'm bloated...
What the heck do you think's going on?

building muscle and losing fat could reduce the volume of your body for the same weight.0

Even if you are bloated and lost enough in measurements the bloating wont be that noticeable. You'll be fine... just give it a week and take a peek at your stats!0
