Hello. I'm wondering if it's possible to lose 100 pounds in 6 months?

Its possible.
Should you do it? No.0 -
Max healthy weight loss per week is 2lb, but as you get closer to target you need to slow this down to 1lb/week, then 0.5 lb/week.
The aim is to lose fat and not muscle, so when you have a lot to lose you can lose more quickly. If losing 100lb still leaves you 30lb from target (approx - I'm guessing slightly here) , you could lose 52lb in six months safely, and healthily, but that's your max.0 -
Depends where you're starting from. If you weigh a LOT, like 400lbs - 600lbs+ then it should be possible. If that 100lbs is all you have to lose to get to a healthy weight, then no, it's too much to expect to lose in that time. A year could see it gone in a sensible way.0
