The food lovers diet. IT guarantees 3 sized lost within 8 weeks. which would be awesome....but the main reason I ordered it is because there is something to it about complex carbs, protein and the mixture. I think the education will be good. I think how we eat the things we eat help or hurt our body function as designed. This will be good for me.

Do anyone else have this program and if so, what have you learned?

Make sure any education is based on a massive list of studies published in respected peer reviewed journals otherwise it is theory/ propaganda/ sales pitch/ opinion not education.

good luck. do the program. experience it. find out yourself whether it is BS or not. that is the greatest form of education you can bestow upon yourself.
