Personal Trainer?

Can you please tell me a good personal gym routine? I keep browsing through the web but there is just too much. I am very new to the gym and haven't worked out since high school. If you could give me a specific routine that would be awesome! Thank you in advance!!!!!!!!!!!

    any fullbody barbell based program would be great. just be smart, learn proper form, then start adding weight to the bar.
