Is Boot camp enough strength training?

Hello there,
I am just curious if the Boot camp I am taking at my YMCA would be enough strength training for my weekly routine or should I add some more time in.. it's 3x a week and focuses on using your own body to gain strength and muscle.. it's for 1 hour.. the first 1/2 we do strength drills.. the second we run and do running drills.. on my days off I run 2.5 miles on my own.. please let me know!! If there is anything I should do to help out with getting more of the "athletic" look.
Thank you!

I feel like there has to be a gap somewhere where boot camp isn't going to hit all of the muscle groups and work them well enough.

You can make great progress in your upper body, but I don't think your lower body can be properly worked with bodyweight. You need to squat.

IMO, no. All those classes are slightly different depending on the instructor, but they are all basically the same. High intensity cardio with light weights and LOTS of reps/movements.

    That's not really strength training.

Depending on the kind of shape you are in, your upper body could get a reasonable workout, but your lower body need more weight/resistant than simply body weight and a couple of light hand weights.

Thanks!.. I'll add a day of strength training at the gym to my routine!
