I have seen a lot of threads on here recently criticizing people for not "loving themselves". Like somehow if we aren't happy with our bodies we don't love ourselves. I am sorry but that is just judgemental bull****. I love myself...I know that I am a smart, funny, caring person. I know that my selfworth is not a number on a scale. However, I am not crazy about my body. I know that I need to and can change things about it. It is precisely because I do love myself that I am here to make these changes. So next time you see a post about someone unhappy with their thighs or whatever don't jump to the conclusion that the person doesn't love themselves.

We are all looking to make changes that is why we are here.

And for the record...LOVING yourself is a lovely way to start the day.
