Triggers

So I know that a lot of people say that completely cutting out their triggers helps them stay on track. Well I still live with my family and I do no do the food shopping. Therefore there is no avoiding the cookies and chips and other junk that are in my house (the rest of my family is pretty healthy..I seem to be the only one with a problem). So my question is, how do I face these triggers without letting them get the best of me???
