30DS as a supplement or stand-alone?

For those of you that have completed the 30 Day Shred previously, did you do something else along with the program? If you did just 30DS, did you get noticeable results?
I got the DVD last summer and only did 6days of Level 1. Then I got a job in NYC which left me with a mile walk from the bus terminal to my office (total of 2miles round trip) and I stopped doing the 30DS. I lost 10lbs doing the 2mile walk alone. Now that I have competed P90X, I started the 30DS and do not feel sore at all. I was able to keep up with the circuits where as before I could not do any of the cardio without huffing and puffing. Should I use the 30DS in addition with something else, or is it possible to get results with just doing the DVD?

When I was working 9-10 hours a day and driving 45 minutes (one way) to and from work, I did the 30DS as a stand alone. It was really great for toning. I didn't lose a lot of weight, but I did lose quite a few inches around my legs, hips, stomach, boobs (yay!), etc. That being said said, if you're more fit you might consider using it as a supplement or using heavier weights with a bigger range of motion on the exercises.0

Given that you've completed P90X, you may need to find something more challenging, or use 30DS as a supplement.0

I think I will use it as a supplement with Brazil Butt Lift...I think I want to take it easy for a month (before starting P90X again).0 -
for me i had a lot of weight to lose like 20 lbs and i hadn't worked out in 3 years. i also never ate healthy i would eat a dessert almost every night whether 3 sugar cookies or 2 cinammon rolls. so i started to eat healthy and did 30 DS i lost 6lbs for the 30 days. for me it was a significant difference and then i started to do other jillian michaels dvds for the next month after 2 months i stalled and the DVD's shred wasn't working for me so i started to run and thats when the lbs started to drop down again.
right now that i been eating healthy and running, walking, for the past 4 mths doing 30ds doesn't do anything for me i am so active and strong now that her DVDs doesnt make me break up much of a sweat. so its not challenging and odviously won't work for me now.
BUT i want to keep strength training in my workouts because i have been told it is important! So i do my walk run and will do 30DS. i like to switch every day back and forth so cardio then 30ds then cardio etc... ive been getting a 1-2lb loss each week for that.0 -

:flowerforyou: Agreed. After P90X u realy should be moving onto another beach body work out. They are not on the same level with Beach body from what I have found. -Props for finishing P90X. I lasted...a week...if that0
