Happy Monday friends!
This week let's focus on breaking negative patterns. Look around your life and ask yourself, "Where in my life am I repeating the same negative patterns"? Are you a terrible communicator and consistently missing out on the best things in life because you are too afraid or too stubborn or too whatever to open up? Are you constantly ruining your "life on a diet" by not exercising discipline and restraint when it comes to your fitness and eating habits? Are you a person who constantly rejects love and intimacy in your life because you allow your feelings of unworthiness to control your actions?
There's good news, your past DOES NOT have to continue to define your future. You CAN do something different and YOU CAN break your negative patterns! Negative patterns are learned behaviors, and anything learned can be unlearned.
Move out of a life where you, "wish you had" and into a life where you're "glad you did". Don't spend ANOTHER day wishing you had just been able too ____.
Look around you, find a teacher, a mentor and mirror that person. If you want to be more communicative find the most communicative person you know and mirror them. You don't have to ask them how they learned to communicate you can learn by simply by watching listening and absorbing. Find the person who's life you want to mirror yours after and learn their fitness habits, what they eat, how they eat, what their workout schedule is etc. If intimacy is your concern, READ! Read learn and absorb as much as you can about relationships. Talk to people who are in the type of relationship you want to be in and do what they do.
Whatever you do, do SOMETHING, don't just sit there and let your yesterday define your today. Be bold, be different, be the hero of your OWN story by being committed to being the best most loving, healthy, and fittest, version of you possible.

THat's really great because I know I struggle with a lot of those things. I rebel against my own plans because i fear failure. I struggle with routine, and I make excuses.. I could read this over and over for encouragement.. thanks.. and to be honest.. since I dont know many people in my life to be that example.. you make a pretty good one from what I gather..
thanks for the encouraging words..
